This story is true, it happened years ago to my cousins Maria and Michelle.The younger kids in my family were playing hide and seek around my cousin’s house and in the back is a large backyard with a swingset, dying flowers, and a large black gate. My sister explained to me that it was dark out and all the adults were in the house nextdoor, everyone went to hide all around and my sister hid under an outdoor washing sink and she waited patiently for someone to find her when she heard horrifying screams. Everyone came out from there hiding spot and gathered wondering who screamed and they saw both cousin’s(Michelle and Maria) come running from the backyard,crying and extremely pale. They kept screaming and went running towards the house all the adults were at and everyone else followed behind. They banged the front door and cried or screamed for them to open the door until finally my grandma opened it and they all ran inside, where the adults gathered to find out why they were screaming. Maria was very unsettled and cried so my grandma and her parents took her into the kitchen. My sister overheard them talking in spanish, Maria was saying that she was in the backyard looking for the others with Michelle but they heard rattling near the swingset and gate so they hurried over to catch whoever was hiding there but when they neared the gate they saw a large dark figure with what seemed like horns trying to break the lock on the gate and then try to climb over it. My aunt was speechless then cried and yelled at my uncle saying that the thing that was trying to get Maria was the devil and that it was all his fault for not taking her to get baptized. My grandma was yelling at my aunt telling her not to blame him and to calm down then she took my terrified cousin upstairs to get her to calm down and sleep. No much has happened after that because Maria did get baptized but that day was one of the most nerve rattling days Ive ever experienced.
